RECIPE
AUNT GRACE'S APPLE CAKE

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil (I use canola)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups coarsely chopped apples
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, vanilla. Beat until mixed. Add dry ingredients. Fold in apples. Turn into greased bundt cake. Bake 1 hour at 350 (I always end up baking for longer).
