RECIPE
SIMPLE CORN SALAD for summer

INGREDIENTS:
frozen corn or fresh corn
umeboshi plum paste
salt
pepper
steam the corn just enough to thaw it if it's frozen
or shave it off the cobb and steam it a tiny bit if it's fresh
wait till it's cool and stir in a couple of tablespoons of plum paste
add salt and pepper
this is a simple recipe but it is soooo delicious
