Poppy's High Fiber and Low Sodium Cereal Mix
from Michael D. Laus of Tuscaloosa, AL

Kashi
2 large shredded wheat biscuits
Puffed wheat
Soy Milk
Grapes (optional)

 
 
First pour the Kashi as your "foundation.


 
Next you will want to add the shredded wheat.


 
Pour the puffed wheat in the middle, and to the left and right of the shredded wheat.



Important:  leave room for milk!
 

Let soak till mushy, then enjoy!

Mr. Laus recommends adding grapes.
