RECIPE

P-SQUARED SOUP

Ingredients:
6 cups water
6 cups frozen peas
4 green onions
2 tsp kosher salt
juice of 1 lime
1/2 batch of fresh pesto (about 1/2 cup)

Fill a pot with water until it boils.  Then add frozen peas, green onions, salt and lime juice. Allow it to boil for about 5-7 minutes.  Discard the green onions and add portions of the peas, liquid, and pesto in a blender.  Blend until smooth.
